MY TESTIMONIALS

David Nasr helped us through the buying process with ease, all while we were 2000+ miles away from the condo. He was quick to respond and answer our questions even if I texted several times a day. We would highly recommend David as a realtor.

I met David about 7 weeks ago. He was very patient & accommodating w. my style of looking for and purchasing a house. It took about 2 weeks to spark my interest. We went and did some in person shopping & I/we found the house that is Right for me!! Now here I am 5 weeks later customizing my house the way I want it!! David was Knowledgeable & Encouraging Every Step of the way!! Well Done Sir!! 👌👊

David helped us buy a house this month. He was very patient with us as first time buyers and didn’t feel pushy at all. He represented us as both realtor and mortgage broker and got us a very good rate. He was responsive and willing to drive almost two hours to meet us multiple times. I’d recommend working with him for both realty and financing as he got us a free rate buydown for using both services.

David was awesome to work with. He helped us with everything along the way in making our home purchase and was helpful with all information presented to us. We highly recommend him for your Real Estate needs. He made sure we were notified when things changed or he needed other information regarding the home purchase. We had been looking with different realtors for a few years and David got the job done for us to give us our dream of buying the right home.
